Curso en investigación y radioterapia en cáncer de mama avanzado en MD Anderson Cancer Center bajo la tutela de la Dra Melissa Mitchell y la Dra Wendy Woodward.

Durante la estancia adicionalmente tuve la oportunidad de trabajar en el area de radiocirugía de columna y gastrointestinal superior.

Estuve involucrado en los siguientes proyectos de investigación:

  1. Development of an AI contouring tool for breast cancer patients: Data collection/preparation, data analysis, writing of the manuscript
  2. Predictors of overall survival among hormone receptor positive patients with oligometastatic breast cancer: Data analysis, writing of the manuscript
  3. Retrospective analysis of treatment predictors of survival in metaplastic breast cancer patients: Data collection, data analysis, and writing of the manuscript
  4. Development of a webapp tool to help doctors in PMRT decision making: Programming of the webapp, development of the algorithm, recollection of the information
  5. Development of a webapp tool for patients for 3D/VMAT decision making: Programming of the webapp, graphic design, recollection of information
